By accessing or using Vireya Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Vireya Connect is a women-centered community for people who train or are interested in combat sports. By registering, you confirm your eligibility and agree to participate honestly and respectfully.
All members must abide by our Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, spam, doxxing, and harmful or misleading content are prohibited and may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We reserve the right to moderate at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, gym questions, community notes). By submitting content, you grant Vireya Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights. All user-submitted content is subject to moderation review before appearing publicly.
Gym listings on Vireya Connect are community-informed and may include self-reported or community-submitted data. We do not independently verify every piece of information. Verification badges indicate community review or admin assessment, not a guarantee of safety or quality. Always use your own judgment when visiting any gym or training facility.
Listing eligibility. Military installation gyms and military-affiliated gyms or associations will not be approved or listed on Vireya Connect. This policy reflects the distinct nature, culture, and institutional complexities of the military sector. It applies to organizational listings and does not prohibit eligible individuals from joining the community.
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will not sell your personal information to third parties.
You may request deletion of your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account, or by visiting vireyajiujitsu.com/account-deletion. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Vireya Connect is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any gym listing, community information, or verification status. We are not liable for any physical harm, loss, or damages arising from use of the platform or visiting any gym or event listed on it.
